Just getting in from a show at the Registry Theatre in Kitchener-Waterloo.  Well, more accurately: just getting in from the after-party. ;)

I don't know what it is about the Tri-Cites area but they just love the arts, which of course, is awesome!

The audiences are always a little on the crazy side, which suits us just fine because we're a little wacky ourselves.

So, thanks to everyone who came out to our Friday show in K/W.  We had a great time and we hope you did too!

Before we went on stage, this young gal went out and warmed up the crowd.  Her name is Kai.  I'd met her once before in a recording studio in downtown Toronto for all of 5 minutes but this time we all really got a chance to hang out with her, and of course, hear her sing.

She's sweet in person, and ambitious.  She's thoughtful and has a generous sense of humour (ie, she laughed at all of our dumb jokes).

She has a cool voice.  I can type and type about it, but really, shouldn't you just hear her for yourself?

For our second show in K/W Six Vocal Ensemble will Guest Artist for us.  We haven't worked with another acappella group since we did a show with The Nylons quite a few years ago, so we're really looking forward to hearing them live.

Ok, this blog is coming to a crashing halt. It's almost 3am and my bed is calling....goodnight.
